New slate of board members ready to take action
On Monday, May 9th, we'll vote in new AWAQ board members at our Annual General Meeting. Per AWAQ Bylaws, the slate of nominees has been sent to members, and elections will be held. As there are no positions with more than one candidate, the vote will be carried out verbally. Newly elected officers will assume their duties on June 1st.

Toy Drive to benefit children at Hamad Hospital
This month AWAQ is kicking off a Toy Drive to benefit the hospitalized children at Hamad Medical Corporation, and we need your help! Toys may be brought to our end-of-year luncheon/General Meeting on Monday, May 9th.
The toys will be donated to children ages 0-14 years. Please note that all donated items must be in new condition to meet HMC Infection Control standards and policies.
