Created by and for FAWCO clubs, the Awards Program recognizes and honors the academic excellence and all-around achievement of FAWCO Club and FAUSA members and their children. FAWCO hopes to promote international understanding and good will by giving annual awards for study, in the U.S. or abroad, at high school, undergraduate and graduate levels.
Who is eligible? FAWCO members (you are a FAWCO member as AWAQ is a member of FAWCO!), your children and grandchildren. There are 8 awards totally $30,000.
The 2016 Awards are for study in the 2016-2017 school year, and may include Summer 2016 study beginning after the Spring 2015 term. The recipients must have at least one year (two semesters) remaining in their studies to be eligible for an award.
