In order for all of our members to enjoy meetings, events, and activities we do not allow children.
We do allow children at our informal coffees that are held at various locations throughout Doha.
We appreciate your understanding.
All current membership costs and fees are outlined on our Membership dues page.

The AWA Qatar Facebook page provides general information about AWA Qatar. For information available only to members, join the AWA Qatar Members Facebook group.
The AWA Qatar Members Facebook group is a closed group, and only verified members are given access. If you are a current member, visit the page and request to join. Once your membership has been confirmed, our administrator will add you to the page. If you are already a member, you may also recommend someone be added to the page. Again, our admin will verify membership before allowing access.
Many of our members wish to maintain a low profile and we must respect their confidentiality. Members who do not want to appear in the online member directory may choose to be excluded by signing in and visiting their My Profile page from the Member Sign In area.
If you are a new or perspective member of AWAQ, we will need to verify your membership status before allowing full access to our members-only website pages. Once confirmed, our administrator will send you an email with instructions on how to access these secure pages.
Guests are welcome at most AWAQ meetings, subject to non-member fees. We also encourage you to bring friends to our informal newcomers’ coffee socials and monthly hosted coffee mornings. Our events programs are reserved exclusively for AWAQ members. If you have guests from out of town, please contact us to see if there is space available at a particular event. Some events are also open to AWAQ spouses and family members, and will be advertised as such.
AWAQ general meetings are always held the second Monday of the month (September to May), while informal coffee mornings meet regularly each month. In addition, you can find members at informal gatherings, activities, and events. Activities groups meet regularly and maintain different schedules, while events are also planned at various times throughout the month. See the Activities and Events pages for more information.
No, associate membership is available to all women who reside in Qatar, regardless of nationality.
